4.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• If a withdrawal is made after claiming a bonus but before completing the required wagering, the bonus will be cancelled.
• While one bonus is active, another bonus may not apply at the same time.

6.1 Match Fixing and Irregular Betting

8.3 Inactive Accounts

Limitation of Liability

gol bat is not directly liable for any loss caused by technical issues, internet disconnection or faults in third-party services. However, we will endeavour to provide a reasonable resolution in such situations.

• We are not liable for service disruptions caused by external events such as natural disasters, cyber attacks or government directives.
• If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical issue on the part of a game service provider, that bet will be voided and the deposit will be returned.
• gol bat is not responsible for losses arising from a member's own negligence, such as sharing passwords or entering details on phishing sites.

9.1 Finality of Betting Results

The outcome of a settled bet will not be changed except in cases of technical or human error. If there is a claim of error, the support team must be informed within the specified time. gol bat's decision will be considered final.
